1. Agreement

By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Swift Mart LLC sells men's leather jackets only; orders placed for resale require prior written approval.

2. Products and pricing

Every jacket is hand-finished, so natural grain, colour and texture will vary slightly from the photographs. All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties that may apply in your country. We may correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or if fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
• Standard delivery: 5-9 business days across USA.
• Free shipping applies to orders above $199.
• Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

5. Returns and exchanges

You may return an unworn jacket with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or free size exchange. Custom-sized jackets are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.

6. Warranty

Every jacket carries a 2-year warranty against defects in leather, stitching and hardware under normal use. Damage from misuse, heat, chemicals or improper storage is not covered.

7. Intellectual property and liability

All logos, product photography and copy on this site belong to Swift Mart LLC. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the products purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
