At Swift Mart LLC, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your jacket for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at support@swiftmartllc.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned jacket, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We offer free exchanges. Follow the return process and specify the new size you need. We will ship the replacement jacket free of charge once the original is received.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your jacket arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a swift replacement or full refund including all shipping costs.
